Body Snack is the conceptual framework and brand of Pilates teacher Caitlin Cook. Caitlin’s teaching style is informed by 28 years as a certified Pilates teacher. She is also certified in ZeroBalance. Caitlin’s approach to Pilates has been shaped by her training as a professional modern dancer and choreographer in New York City. Her practice has been informed by a wide network of collaborations and bodywork professionals from around the world.  She offers the ‘Body Snack Class’  as a means of unifying and mixing her knowledge into movement practices that are regenerative, aligning, fun, and exploratory.

I believe Pilates and ZeroBalance both promote body  consciousness, efficiency and ease of movement. The principles of both protocols convey meaning in movement practices and the client should come away with a sense of what healthy alignment is for them."
